Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling with Flames Law Entrance Academy.
Student Discipline & Attendance
Students enrolled with Flames Law Entrance Academy must follow teacher instructions carefully and work hard regularly. In case teachers feel a student is not working hard, creating indiscipline, or is irregular in attendance, they may be expelled. The decision of the Managing Director is final. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
Absence for more than 7 continuous days without prior written notice may result in expulsion without refund.
Fee Refund Rules
If a student leaves the course before completion, refunds are processed as follows:
Within 7 days: Refund minus ₹2,000, GST, and processing fees.
Within 15 days: Refund minus ₹5,000, GST, and processing fees.
No refund after 15 days under any circumstances.
General Policies
Communication: Mandatory to provide valid Email/Mobile. Results and updates will be sent via these channels only.
Conduct: Nuisance or non-disciplinary activities will result in immediate termination without notice.
Program Changes: The Academy reserves the right to alter programs, venues, or timings without prior notice.
Legal & Arbitration
Any legal dispute related to fee refund is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. Any major disputes will be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Academy Director under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
